WAGE & HOUR CLAIMSWorkers who are covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 are entitled to a minimum wage of not less than $7.25 an hour. Overtime pay at a rate of not less than one and one-half times their regular rate of pay is required after forty (40) hours of work in a workweek.
